The core of the Energy Efficient House is the West Coast Power Energy Management Unit. It monitors and controls all input and output energy flows as well as charging and discharging of the in the overall power system integrated energy storage system. The outstanding features of this are the integration of weather data via the internet, as well as the relevant consumption data of the residents.
The West Coast Power Water Management Unit is a sophisticated layer-storage system, which stores and distributes the generated amounts of heat from the solar system, respectively from the heat pump system. Outstanding feature here is the bi- and tri-directional application.
The Heat Pump Package is preferably an electric or gas-powered water-brine heat pump, that makes it possible to extract heat from the ground in the winter month, and to heat and warm up the soil in the summer months. Characteristic here is the progressive way of storage integrating all of the components of the overall system.
The modular power station allows a release of stored electrical energy to mobile users (car and boat).
